To removed wrinkles and blemishes:
1. Select the picture.
2. Zoom so that you can see the picture clearly.
3. Select Healing brush.
4. Select the diameter.
5. Alt-click an area near the blemish and wrinkle free area to define the starting point.
6. Click over wrinkles and blemishes.
7. Redefine the source occasionally if needed.
